Permission to Work (ü·ùÀÚ°Ý ¿Ü È°µ¿ Çã°¡ ½Åû)

If you want to engage in the activities beyond the current visa status, you are required to apply for a permission to the local Immigration Office. To apply for the permission, you should make an application to a local or district Immigration office having jurisdiction over the place of your stay, either by visiting in person or by proxy .

ü·ùÀÚ°Ý ¿Ü È°µ¿À» Çϱâ À§Çؼ­´Â ÇöÁö ÃâÀÔ±¹ °ü¸® »ç¹«¼Ò¿¡ Çã°¡ ½ÅûÀ» ÇØ¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ü·ùÁö °üÇÒÁö¿ª ÃâÀÔ±¹ °ü¸® »ç¹«¼Ò¿¡ Á÷Á¢ ¹æ¹®Çϰųª, ´ë¸®ÀÎÀ» ÅëÇØ ½ÅûÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.

Eligibility (Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý)

1. students who get a permission and have studied more than 6months (1semester)È°µ¿ Çã°¡¸¦ ¹Þ¾Ò°Å³ª 6°³¿ù(ÇÑ Çбâ) ÀÌ»ó ¼öÇÐÇÑ Çлý
2. Language course students are not permitted to work while they are studying. Çѱ¹¾î¿¬¼ö»ýÀº ¼öÇбⰣ µ¿¾ÈÀÇ È°µ¿ÀÌ ±ÝÁöµÊ

2. Alien Registration card
3. Application form
4. Part-time Work of Foreign Student Confirmation Form

Permitted working hours and types (Çã¿ë½Ã°£ ¹× ºÐ¾ß)

1. Undergraduate : within 20 Hours a week/ Graduate : within 30 Hours a week
2. No limitation during the summer and winter vacations ¹æÇÐ ¹× °øÈÞÀÏ ¹«Á¦ÇÑ
3. Two work places are maximum 2°³ Àå¼Ò·Î ÇÑÁ¤
4. Working types which are (Çã¿ëºÐ¾ß) :
   - related to your major and studies Àü°øÇаú³ª °ú¸ñ°ú °ü°èµÈ Á÷Á¾
   - language teaching at a language school or institute (except private tutoring)

   - service work at a restaurants or stores À½½Ä¾÷À̳ª ÀÏ¹Ý »ç¹« º¸Á¶
   - socially and commonly accepted ÇлýÀÌ Åë»óÀûÀ¸·Î ÇàÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ¹üÀ§³»ÀÇ Á÷Á¾

If your application is accepted, an immigration officer will stamp your passport and record the amendments on the back of your alien registration card.
